Marta Made gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PAYMENT
If you would like a custom piece, Marta Made would love to design it for you. Your custom piece must be purchased before we start work on your one of a kind wood lake art. Marta Made will send photos and keep good communication with all customers on every item.
I accept debit or credit cards for direct checkout as well as Paypal. Your address (whether it is US or not) must be confirmed on Paypal for me to ship your items. If you address is not confirmed buyer must understand there can and may be a cancellation of the sale on Paypal and Etsy. Some shops may ship to unconfirmed address but Marta Made does not. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

LATE DELIVERY
If your package arrives late and would prefer a refund, you are more than welcome to return the package. We only ship from the estimated time frame from the USPS website and are not liable for late delivery. It is up to USPS to deliver in their time frame and we unfortunately can not foresee delays. If you are worried about timing on a package you are more than welcome to purchase rushed shipping or order ahead of time. To return the package, you are more than welcome to write "return to sender" and drop off at your local post office. Once it has arrived to our door, we will refund for the purchased price.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
We send everything USPS, Marta Made is not liable for damages/late delivery done to the packages/products once it has left our hands. If you have an issue with damaged/late packages please let us know, in rare cases you may have to contact USPS depending on issue at hand. If there is an issue regarding the damages done to the package from USPS please contact your local carrier who delivered the package. Reporting damages will help the post office responsibilities to deliver package properly for you and your local community. You can always request Insurance for your package for an extra fee.

CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us directly if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has shipped, it is to late to cancel an order as we can't request items back from USPS. If you would like to cancel an order you must contact us directly prior to shipment. Your order is only officially canceled once you receive confirmation from us. We will work our best to accommodate but once the shipping process has started there is little we can do. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Broken or scratched glass for frames
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are unsatisfied please contact us first. If would prefer a refund you will be given a partial refund due to the cost incurred with Stripe, Etsy and/or Paypal. Refund requests will have to be in the time frame within a week of delivered time. You will need to send the package back to the return address on the package. You will not be refunded for the cost of shipping since there is a discount in the shipping to your home. If your product qualifies for a return we can refund you once the item has been received by Marta Made. If the item is damaged or ruined once the item is correctly returned, you will be charged a percentage as well. We suggest to customers to make sure there is delivery confirmation on all returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@martamade.com and send your item to: 15315 E Saltese RD, Spokane Valley, WA, 99037, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
